Do you enjoy painting but wish you were a little bit more free with your brushwork? Unlike other classes I have hosted, this day long workshop will be solely purposed towards encouraging you to find a little bit of personal freedom in your painting.
For many artists who focus on details, exploring their "impressionism" side is not easy, so my goal is to work with you as we fight the struggle to favor the overall picture instead of the finer points. (The struggle is real!)
This is a one day, six hour long workshop, and will be hosted 2601 Trent Rd in New Bern. There is a 6 student limit to ensure everyone has enough space and attention. Easels and tables will be provided, you simply bring your paint, canvas and brushes. I'll have food for everyone as well.
